Brandon has been wanting to go Duck Hunting for a while
but has been so busy working he has not had a chance until last
Saturday. He went out with a friend that owns an air boat.
He rode out to Antelope Island for the day and brought home 5 ducks.
He probably won't get to eat the ducks unless I'm not home to cook.
Duck has never been my favorite.

I remember Brandon marinating duck forever just so you can't taste the duck. It was edible but not the best.
Cool that he finally got to go again. He has always loved that kind of stuff
I don't eat duck either. I can eat pheasant but that is about it for birds.
