Halloween 2008

Riley as "Tinker Bell"
Paige as "Peter Pan"
Sierra as "Tiger Lilly"

Before the kids got into their costumes
we had to carve the pumpkins.
Brandon usually carves them all.
And the rest of us just watch.
He is much faster at carving then me.
After carving pumpkins we went to the church
for the Trunk-or-Treat. Grandma and
Grandpa Gardner made it out to that.
Great Grandpa Gardner came to the house
to visit before the kids took off for more candy.
It was Brandon's turn to take the kids out
Trick-Or-Treating. So he and the Kofoeds
headed out. The weather was actually quite
nice for late October.
Paige was not as scared to knock on the
doors this year because she had her older sister
and friend to walk to the door with.
Sierra just hung out in the wagon. Occasionally
making it to a door or two.

LeCheminant Halloween Party

Dinner and fun is what the kids
can expect at Great Grandpa LeCheminant's
house each year. The kids love that they
get to dress up in their costumes before
Halloween.
Grandpa had a big bucket filled with
popcorn and prizes for the kids to dig for.
Sierra didn't care about the prizes she just
wanted to eat the popcorn.

Black Island Farms

Riley and her friend Lincoln had their Field Trip
at Black Island Farms. The siblings, Paige, Sierra,
Elsie and Logan were able to come too.

The girls got to pick their own pumpkin.

The girls favorite was Corn shoot slide. They would go
even faster if they sat on a sheet and slid down.
It actually was pretty scary the first time down.
They also got to try out the Corn Maze, rolling
around in corn, jumping in side a bouncy pumpkin
and sliding down more and more slides.
At first Riley, Paige and Lincoln where scared of
going down the slides but then loved it after
the first time down.
After the long day at the farm Sierra crashed.

Utah Hogle Zoo

As a family we decided to go to the Zoo on Brandon's day off.
Paige and Sierra have never been, so it was due time.
They all had their favorite animal.
Riley, liked looking at all the creepy snakes. (okay weird)
Paige liked the animals from a distance so her favorite animal was the
fake drinking fountain Lion!  Oh, and the chu chu train.
Sierra loved watching the monkeys. They would come up to the glass
and she loved it!

Paige was all about going down the slide until
I pointed out that the slide was
a snake and you come out of it's mouth.
Then she Freaked out. Hilarious!

If only Sierra realized what she was standing so close to. Yikes!

CHS is the Best!!! Go Falcons!!!

In the middle of my mom's move she found my Cheerleading clothes. Wow, that brings back some memories. So for fun the girls and I tried on the cheer clothes. Oh come on what alumni cheerleader wouldn't want to see if she could still fit in her cheer clothes! I will have you know I'm still able to zip them up! The girls thought is was fun to have mom teach them some fun cheers. Can you imagine if Brandon walked in and saw us girls all dressed up cheering away!! What a laugh he would get.  Maybe one of my girls will take after their mom and love to dance!

Hair cut anyone? We know a great stylist!

Paige got a hold of some scissors! Doesn't she look darling!!!!!
As if my girls didn't have enough hair. Maybe when they are teenagers
they will have hair. Until then a clip here and a clip there!
 "Maybe no one will notice."

Soccer in the Rain.....

Riley has loved playing soccer for the first time. One of her games was cancelled due to the rain. However they decided last week to be brave and play in the rain. It did not seem to bother her being so cold and wet. So with her sweat pants, sweat shirt, hat, gloves and her jersey on top they played soccer in the rain! And they all looked so cute! Their coach was sick so Kyle, Hallie's dad stepped in and helped out. Even with the crummy circumstances Riley made a Goal!

Day Farms

I guess this can be a tradition in our family now. Bundled up going on a hay ride and picking a pumpkin. The girls love trying to find the biggest pumpkin. Good thing it was not as cold as last year.
