Syracuse Days

My girls waiting for the fire trucks with
their bags open and ready for candy.
Sierra was so cute when her sisters got
tired of waving she kept on waving at
everyone.

This is our Stake float.
I love our stake theme.
"Church going, Temple attending, Tomato picking People"

After the parade we hurried down to SLC
for Brandon's cousin, Ryan's wedding. The girls
played with some of the older cousins in
the temple waiting room while we
enjoyed the beautiful ceremony in the temple.
I love going to temple weddings. There is always
wonderful advice given and the spirit is always so
strong.

We then headed back to Syracuse for some more fun.
However the ride prices were so ridiculously expensive.
But the girls liked the big fun slide.
Sierra is not a fan of slides so she picked the
boats.
And they all enjoyed the blow up bouncy toys.

Later we met up with my brother and his wife
for the music and fireworks.

My dad played the bass guitar in the band that
was playing at the park before the fireworks.
He is in the blue shirt. I love to give him a hard time
and tease him about being in a band in his late fifties!
I guess he'll be jamming until he dies!

My sister and her family enjoying the fire works.

Sierra chilling with dad.

The girls had more fun with their friends then
just watching the fire works.

My other sister and her husband and daughter
joined us as well.

Fathers Day

Happy Fathers Day
Brandon!
Kisses for Daddy!

A few days before Riley and her friend Hallie made
gifts for their dads. They made a matching game
and put in a dollar of their own money.
They spent all morning making them.

I made this shirt for Bran.
He thought is was pretty fun!

And us girls while shopping came
across this and couldn't resist it.
The words are Perfect for bran.
I can't wait to put Owen in it!

My girls are so blessed to have such
a wonderful Daddy!

Later that day we had dinner at Brandon's
parents house. Riley made Grandpa G. a special
matching game as well.

Bran and Riley enjoying Grandma's Home made
Ice cream and Brownies.

Sierra stuffing her mouth with the good stuff.

10 year High School Reunion

I had my 10 year High School Reunion
For the awesome school of
CLEARFIELD HIGH!
Go Falcons!!!
Barbie, Cambria, Michelle, Me, Kristin and Kirsten

These are just some of my good friends from school.
Most of the husbands could not go so us girls decided
to go with out them. The reunion was pretty lame but
it was fun having a night out with the girls to catch up.

We had dinner up at the Maddox in Perry. I did not even
know Perry existed. The dinner was good but that's all
that we did was eat. The SBO said are next reunion will be
at our 25th. We all thought that was lame. 15 years from now
a couple of my friends could have grand children. Wow,
that sounds crazy, Grand Children.

Barbie won for having the most children. 4 kids with one on the way.

Kristen was one of the many with her Masters degree.

Kirsten was the person who came the farthest. China. Of course she
did not come from China just for the reunion but rather to visit family.

All of us girls cheered together except Cambria who danced except for
the one time we swapped are cheer outfits with a couple of are
dance friends who stood in for us at a basketball game. It took
our cheer advisor a while to figure it out!

It's always so fun to talk about old times and how lame
we all were!

Swim lessons

I signed Riley and Paige up for swim lessons
at Layton Surf N Swim.

This is their first day. Paige was a little
nervous. Riley is such a good big sister
and walked her to her class.

This will be Riley's 3rd year of lessons and the first
were I did not have to bribe her or make her go.
I'm glad she is at that age now where she is not
so scared and willing to try new things.

Sierra was so good to sit everyday and watch
her sisters swim.

Riley in the middle.

Paige had a few hard days where she did not
want to swim. I think she was a little nervous.
But being her first year I can't blame her.
But when she felt comfortable enough all I could
her from 30 feet away was her laughing.

At the cabin with the Family

We got together with my family for the weekend
up at the Cabin. We almost got everyone there.
My brother, Patrick got sick and did not come up
the entire time. And my sister, Karissa was unable
to make it.
The girls loved uncle Mikey's ipad. Even Brandon
got hooked. I totally need one of those. My girls
get so amused for hours on that thing.

The girls love playing with uncle Mikel.
They decided to get him out of bed one morning.
But being so ticklish they did not have much luck.

It was cold and wet at the cabin so we decided to
head to the caves.

Me and my adorable hubby!

Skyla, Michael and the girls before going in the cave.

The family in front of Minnetonka Caves.
We wish my brother and his wife and my sister could
have been there.
We had some good laughs talking about how
our family was not a good match for climbing over
800 stairs in the cave. We have the Pregnant, bad back,
M.S. survivor, out of shape, and old climbing that day, but
we had a good time and got a good work out!

I was feeling bad for Brandon having to
carry an extra 25 pounds with Sierra on
his shoulders but to be fair I was
carrying as much extra weight as well!
Plus Brandon has stronger legs then me.
So I got over feeling bad for him when I was to the
end of the cave and had to turn around and climb back
the other 400+ stairs.

I could not keep up with Riley. Kids have so much
energy. Riley was so sweet and kept telling me to
be careful and not slip.

I was worried that my kids would slip on the
wet stairs so I made all my girls have a buddy
to climb with. Paige chose Grandma for part
of the time.

Good thing we had Mikel strap on the "mommy"
carrier. Kami was so cautious on every single stair,
that it would have taken her twice as long carrying
Emery.

There were a ton of bats in the cave. They were small.
With their wings tucked in they were about the size of your
palm. This one was a few feet away along the stairs.
Kind of creepy.

You can't see as far down in this picture but
they called this the "Devils office" because it
went down 40 feet and then opened up into
a big open area. Amazing!

Skyla, Maddie and Kate

We were listening to the guide when Sierra
walked over to her cousin, Maddie just to
stand by her. So cute!

Paige got to be my climbing buddy for part
of the time.

Me and my sister, Kami

We were not aloud to touch the walls and rocks
in the cave except this one. So of course my girls
could not resist. This type of rock takes 100 years
to grow an inch from the water dripping on them.

While we were up there it was Skyla's 20th
Birthday. Michael and the girls made a fun
sign for her with the materials they had at the cabin.

Sweet kisses from Skyla's hubby.

Skyla was so cute opening her presents. She was
so anxious and we kept telling her "we'll open them later."

Brandon got a little baby time with Emery.
And of course Paige was right there too. Even
with seeing Emery everyday during the week
when I watch her the girls still can't get enough of her.

The cute cousin girls after church. I can't
believe 3 of the bunch our mine.
