Jordan Circus

Brandon's brother invited us to go with them to
the Jordan Circus. My girls had not yet been
to a Circus. They loved every minute of it.
They laughed and were amazed half the time.
Sierra kept saying she wanted to do what ever
the performers where doing. Specially when 3
ladies dressed as mermaids did tricks from hanging
ropes. And of course the hula hoop lady. Paige could
not stop laughing at the clown. It kept Owen entertained
the entire time. We'll definitely be doing that again next year.

Out with the old...

Our family was so excited to get new carpet.
We had to tear out the old carpet ourselves.
Everyone was so good to help out. Even the youngsters!

We started by moving ever piece of furniture
and all the little stuff off the floor. Both up and
down stairs. We had stuff stashed in bathrooms,
our laundry room, furnace room, garage and
even the kitchen. That is were Brandon and I
slept for one night, in the kitchen! The girls
slept on their mattresses in their room. Those
were the last items to move early the next morning.

Riley, Josh and Paige worked the shop vac.

Bailee got all tuckered out.

Sierra got bored and colored.

And the rest of us ripped, cut, rolled carpet and
dug out the staples.

After long hard work and waiting patiently
we got to enjoy our new, soft and clean carpet.

Before all the furniture got moved back in
the girls got comfy and watched a movie.

Thanks to my awesome family who helped.
Couldn't have done it with out you.

In the Kitchen sink

I thought I'd bath Owen in the Kitchen sink
so I did not have to bend over the tub to wash
him. It turned out to be a bad idea. He absolutely
loved it and splashed with his hands so much.
The blinds, counter and floor were covered in
water.

Preschool Fieldtrip

Paige and Sierra go to the same Preschool.
Paige goes in the morning and Sierra in the
afternoon. So when there is one field trip
there is always a 2nd. This time they went to
Smiths grocery store. Paige in her yellow
Preschool shirt and Sierra in her green
looked around the fridges where they store
the milk.

After touring the store they got to enjoy cheese,
ham and juice.
It's fun having my girls a year apart. I think
it's made them so much closer. They are such
good friends.

Emery's 1st Birthday

My little sister Kami is such a cute mom and
I'm so proud of her. She put together a darling
party for her little Emery on her 1st birthday.

This is the Invitation.

She made a cute Birthday Banner.

The theme of the party was "Monkeys".
She had every kind of food to do with monkeys.
Monkey bread, Bananas, Banana pudding, Banana
cream pie, Banana candy and Monkey poops.

She also made Emery a shirt with a cute monkey
with her name, the number 1 on it and
had a tutu made to match.

Kami and Emery

You always hope your little one will dive into their
cake for their first birthday. My girls never would but
Emery gave us all a show.

Happy Birthday Emery!!!

We love you!

For some odd reason, Owen got a kick out of
a balloon at the party!

Christmas Day

Christmas morning is so much more fun when
you have kids. Every Christmas morning the kids
find their stockings that Santa put in their room
and bring them to our room. They empty them out
on our bed. This is probably the only morning
Riley gets up before her sisters! We had Paige and
Sierra sleep in Riley's room so they would not come
up the stairs and see all that Santa brought before
the rest of us were up. Santa got the girls favorites.
Chocolate and watermelon gum.

The girls waiting patiently to go into the living room.
Sierra kept saying she was tired and wanted to go back to bed.
The girls go in youngest to oldest into the living room.
A family tradition on both mine and Brandon's side.

Great Grandpa Gardner came over when the
girls woke up to give them presents. He is such
a sweet Grandpa!

Santa brought tub toy mermaids that have color
changing hair. They love the tub and mermaids!
Owen loving his new toy.

The girls knew I bought these helmets for them
but they were surprised to see I put their name
and a design on the back with vinyl.

The girls giving Loves and Thanks to Daddy
for the gifts.

Riley being the good big sister that she is, read
Owen his new book.

It did not quite feel like Christmas day when
there was no snow and us and the neighbors were
outside. It was a good thing for the girls there was
no snow so they could ride their new scooters.
Sierra's scooter was little big and wobbly for her so I
helped give her a ride.

Brandon and I got bikes. Now we can go on
family bike rides. Something I've wanted to do
for a while now.

We had Brandon's siblings and Grandma and Grandpa
Gardner along with my mom, John and sister
over for a gourmet breakfast. It's starting to become
a tradition being the second time around. We love having family
over. My mom came over before breakfast to watch the girls
open presents. Grandma and Paige played Chinese
checkers with Grandpa John.

It was a nice relaxing Christmas. We did not have
to drive around town going to every ones house.
After a fun morning we went to Gardner's for dinner.
Riley got her Easy Bake oven she wanted.

Paige got her Car Racing Barbie

Sierra got her kitty cat musical jewelry box.
And her radio.

We have such a wonderful Family and we love
sharing the holidays with all of them!
