Two Babies and Two Blessings

After a fun weekend together as a family in Bear Lake

we came home for baby blessings. 

My Brother and my sister had baby boys on the same day

and so decided to bless their babies on the same day.

We had Indiana's blessing at my house then drove to Kami's

and had Ezra's blessing there.  Brandon was honored to

be able to give Ezra a blessing. 

It was nice to be together as a family for such a wonderful

thing.  We were only missing Patrick and Michelle which

we were sad about. 

Fishing at Bear Lake

We invited Kristie's side of the family up to the cabin

for the weekend.  

Brandon took the kids and cousins out in the 

morning fishing  They actually caught fish this time!

Late in the day the dads played soccer with the kids. 

Then we did a little swimming at the pool. 

Brandon and Mikel had Emery and Owen

on their shoulders playing, "Knock

the ball from the other players hands"!

Emery was so aggressive and it was funny

to watch!  It kept them busy for a while

switching kids on the shoulders. 

Fathers Day 2014

The kids and I love to spoil Brandon on Fathers day! 

After church we went to Brandon's Aunt

Ann's house.  His cousin has a cotton candy

machine and made some for the kids.

Owen was blown away at how big his 

cotton candy was. 

We then went to Grandpa Gardner's 

house to give him presents.  

His favorite of course was his new

pink apron we got him! 

No really it was the all in one edger, blower, etc. And of

course his cute grandkids!  

We asked my dad if we could stop by and see him but he was

not feeling up to it.  

Daddy is Home

Brandon was gone all week for scout camp and the kids

missed him like crazy.  They stayed up just to see him and

to see all his fun pictures. 

Last Day of THE BEST YEAR

Last Day of school 2013-2014

This year was the Best year ever.  I absolutely loved all my kids

teachers this year!  I think these four ladies are the best in the

school.  They are all so caring and good at teaching my children.

They made school fun and taught my girls well.  

They definitely know what being a teacher means. 

I will truly miss not having them for the next year.  

Well maybe I'll get lucky and get Mrs. Sube for 

Sierra since she'll be in 2nd grade.

First Lesson

Sierra finally started Piano lessons.  She has been waiting to 

take piano like her sisters forever.  Now I have 3 girls I have

to convince to practice everyday.  Ahhh!

Sierra had just got home from her food fight at school.  We

quickly threw her in the shower before her lesson. 

Cute girl cleaned up nicely! 

FOOD FIGHT!!!

Sierra's 1st grade class along with one of the other 1st 

grade classes, at the end of the day had a food fight while

all the parents stood on the side lines laughing and taking 

pictures.  The kids had so much fun!  The teachers were

so much fun and totally joined in the fun.  Sierra was 

giggling the entire time.

Sierra has the funnest 1st grade teachers anyone could have had.

I wrapped Sierra up like a burrito so

she did not get food all over my car. 

No more crib. EVER

We got Owen a twin bed.  It was a good happy day for him.

He was completely thrilled and slept so much better.

I know I had him in the crib for ever, over 3 years,

but being my last I was kind of sad and Owen 

never tried to climb out. 

The mattress will probably sit on the floor with out frames

for a while.  But at least he'll be able to get into bed easier!  

Fishing

We were up at Bear Lake heading to the pond

to fish when we saw a Moose with her calf walking 

on the edge of the lake water, like they had no cares.

This time around we did not have much luck.

Brandon and the kids discovered you have to

go early or late in the day to catch anything.  

"WE ARE MONSTERS"

This year in school Riley was involved

in the Music group at her school.

She got to sing at many places and 

also got to do this play.

Called, "We Are Monsters".

She picked to be a vampire.

She really got into her part and came 

out of her shell a little.

She got a bit nervous but did a 

good job! 

Morning bike ride

So this does not happen often, but 

I took Owen for a bike ride to Jensen pond and he loved

feeding the ducks bread.  One of the ducks even tried to 

nibble on his shoe when he stopped giving 

them bread. 

I love spring and the perfect weather. 

Piano Olympics

This year of Piano the girls piano teacher 

made practicing fun by having them do Piano

olympics.  Each category of piano they had the

chance to get a gold, silver or bronze medal. 

My girls did so good and met their goals and worked hard.

Soccer Trophies

Paige and her Soccer team at the end of Spring games. 

Sierra did so good for her first year of soccer.  She was a great 

defender.  And pretty darn fast and aggressive for how little 

she is, you don't see her coming!

Dinosaur Field Trip

Sierra had a Field Trip at the Dinosaur Museum

in Ogden.  Owen loved tagging along for that

one!

Sierra had a great time.  She had more fun going

around with Owen then her friends.  

Owen is afraid of the mechanical Dinosaurs

like last year when we went on Paige's Field Trip.  

Maybe by the time he has his 1st grade

field trip he will be okay! 

Mothers Day

I love my sweet kids.  They are always putting so much effort

into making Mothers Day wonderful for me!

So Paige for some reason forgot to smile in this picture but we 

could not get Owen to smile for another one.   

It's kind of blurry but we had to tickle

Owen upside down to get a smile out of him!

And of course Mothers day was more wonderful

because of my Husband.
