Kristie's 32nd Birthday!

Yeah for my 32nd Birtdhay! 

My kids always get so excited to give me presents!

My sister Kami came over for some ice cream

cake that Brandon got me.

24th of July

Of course we went to the cabin on the

4th of July weekend!

On thursday the 24th we went to the Lake to get

some play time in.  Usually we just go

Saturday but the cousins wanted as many

days together playing as they could get!

Paige tried skiing without the rope tied to the skis
for the first time and did great!
The kids played on the kayaks, made sand castles
or laid in the sand to get warm.

The next day, Friday the 25th the kids did

some 4 wheeling in the morning.  We decided

to not go to the beach probably because of weather or

to do something different. 

So then we decided to head to the pool at sweet water.

The kids love that.  They also played on the park by the

beach. 

The cousins love sleeping by each other in the cabin.

Riley and Savannah wanted a little space from the

others!

Saturday the 26th we packed up for the beach 

again.  We mostly did tubing, which the kids

loved!  We rode the boys 3 in a double tube

because they wanted to! 

To end our fun holiday weekend, we headed home on Sunday

the 27th and met up that evening at Katie's house for fireworks!

Brandon and Spencer were the firework police!

What a fun weekend we had!

First Day of School 2014

The girls had a great first day! 

Dragon 2

Brandon and I took the kids to a movie that was matinee of

course!  We saw, "How to train your dragon 2"!

Of course we loved it! 

Eclipse Concert

Our friends the Jones invited us and gave us tickets to

the Eclipse concert.  Our friend in our ward, Kevin

Jones is the one who does the bass by beat boxing.  He is 

amazingly talented.  The kids loved it, specially the end

when they started to rap!  Owen was just a little tired by

the end. 

Cousin Time

Grandma had us all over for dinner and the kids chose to eat

outside.  They sure love it when cousins come to visit. 

Activity Days Hike

I was asked to come along on the Activity Days Hike with 

the girls to be an extra driver.  It was Paige's first camp

so I was excited to be there.  We took a Hike up Adams 

Canyon, then ate lunch at Layton Park then swam at

Surf N' Swim.

Sierra turns 8.

Jumping Water Balloons

On a hot day we decided to have cousin Emery over

to jump with Water Balloons.  Who would have

thought the kids would have so much fun!

And surprisingly it took a lot to pop those 

balloons.  

"Get Air"

For Family Night we decided to get out and

have some fun.  We went to "Get Air".

We wore the kids out just in time for bed!

A few days later Grandma took the Grandkids 

and they wore them selfs out some more!

"Cousin Camp"

My mom started this tradition last year and wants to make

it an annual thing.  The kids and her call it, "Cousin Camp"!

This time my Mom and John took all the grand kids all

day and did fun activities with them and took them on a hike, 

to a museum and out to lunch and dinner and  made a day full 

of memories they will never forget.  They talk about it all the time 

and can't wait to see what Grandma will do for cousin 

camp next year. 

Aero Space Museum

Paige lost a tooth right before were were headed out

to the Aero Space Museum on base.

My sister Kami and her kids came with us. 

This plane is so big compared to my kids. 

They loved comparing the sizes of all the planes. 

But after a while they had seen enough of them

and were ready to go.  

4th of July

My kids love the beach and every time Sierra gets to

ski she loves it!  

You can tell my kids love the water by looking at

Paige's water logged feet! 

Paige and Josh played a lot together and 

loved making a sand castle. 

Riley got bored and dug a hole then let Bailee

bury her in the sand. 

Grandma is such a good sport and had a water

fight with the kids.  

This year we were lucky enough to have the Weisenburgers

at the Cabin with us.  Guy, Wendy, and Ty.

Roasting Marshmallows around the fire 

is always fun!  

Owen does not care much for the smokes but loves to 

just eat the marshmallows and chocolate separate

while running around with cousins. 

The kids love their Grandpa, who celebrated his birthday

at the cabin.  He always lets the kids help blow out the

candles.
